- Anna Bowers, head coach, a Nashville native with more than 12 years of coaching experience and a former Division I two-sport athlete who later trained in the heptathlon. She has previously served as a director of strength and conditioning and head girls’ track coach at Tennessee high schools, with experience guiding state championship teams, All-Americans, and a national champion.
- Sam Fisher, assistant coach, a current Lipscomb Academy assistant coach and former decathlete at Mississippi State who was a national champion in the indoor pentathlon.
- Tyler Anderson, assistant coach, a former long and triple jumper at the University of Tennessee with more than 10 years developing young athletes, who also serves as a Lipscomb Academy assistant coach and a Nashville firefighter.
