Tables and chairs are available with advance notice at no extra cost. The organization sets policies for private events, including one adult required per every three children aged 17 and under, no outside food or drink other than celebration desserts such as cakes and cupcakes, and early access 30 minutes before the event to decorate. Rentals must be prepaid at booking, and those cancelled less than 72 hours in advance are not refunded.
